Dive By Dive...
So you're certified and would like to go diving, but your buoyancy is not so hot and you want to dive with someone who can help you take it slow and guide you on new dives... this Dive By Dive Option is for you. You get to pick what dives interest you, and you can dive on a more flexible schedule and you'll get all the supervision you want. Or if you simply have a crazy schedule and you want to take the Master Scuba Diver Challenge and need to earn your PADI Advanced Open Water certification then this option is also for you.

First Dive and Orientation: $140*

All Subsequent Dives: $60**

* Includes one shore dive, a pool orientation if necessary, Adventures in Diving Manual, Adventures in Diving DVD, and your Advanced Open Water Certification Card upon successful completion of any three Adventure Dives plus one Deep Dive and one Navigation Dive.

**Includes one shore dive. Boat charter fee is extra if dive is conducted by boat.

    Dive By Dive: Adventure Dive Schedule
    Please call to register. Space is limited to four divers per course.

    Adventure Dive - Deep (by boat)
  • Special Equipment Requirements:  To maximize bottom time each diver must have his/her own Dive Computer.
  • Preparation: Please read the Deep Diving chapter in your Adventures in Diving Manual and answer the Knowledge Review questions at the end of the chapter.
  • Dive the wreck of the Chester Poling. The first dive will be the Deep Adventure dive and the second dive can be your Wreck Adventure Dive. Please meet at the Yankee Fleet in Gloucester. AM Charters leave at 8AM and PM charters leave at 12:30PM.

    Adventure Dive - Deep (by shore)
  • Special Equipment Requirements:  To maximize bottom time each diver must have his/her own Dive Computer.
  • Preparation: Please read the Deep Diving chapter in your Adventures in Diving Manual and answer the Knowledge Review questions at the end of the chapter.
  • Deep Dives are offered on the forth Saturday of each month. Stay for a second Adventure Dive, Multilevel dive from shore. Please meet at Cathedral Rocks at 10AM.

    Adventure Dive - Multilevel Diving
  • Special Equipment Requirements:  Each diver must have his/her own PADI Wheel or Dive Computer.
  • Preparation: Please read the Multilevel chapter in your Adventures in Diving Manual and answer the Knowledge Review questions at the end of the chapter.
  • Multilevel Dives are offered on the forth Saturday of each month. Stay for a second Adventure Dive, a deep dive from shore. Please meet at Cathedral Rocks at 10AM.

    Adventure Dive - Night Diving
  • Special Equipment Requirements:  Each diver must have his/her own primary light, back up light and tank marker light. Please ensure your lights all have fresh batteries. Lights are 10% off on Tuesdays!
  • Preparation: Please read the Night Diving chapter in your Adventures in Diving Manual and answer the Knowledge Review questions at the end of the chapter.
  • Night Dives are offered on the first and third Wednesday night of each month. Please meet at Back Beach at 7PM.

    Adventure Dive - Peak Performance Buoyancy
  • Special Equipment Requirements: There are no special requirements for this dive, but it is recommended that you have your own gear over renting. It's just easier to practice good buoyancy control in your own gear instead of learning how to use a rental BC at the same time. Your instructor will bring a variety of weights to help with distribution and fine tuning.
  • Preparation: Please read the Peak Performance chapter in your Adventures in Diving Manual and answer the Knowledge Review questions at the end of the chapter.
  • Peak Performance Buoyancy Dives are offered on the first Saturday of each month. Stay for a second non-training dive and show off your new skills. Please meet at Back Beach at 10AM.

    Adventure Dive - Search and Recovery
  • Special Equipment Requirements: Each diver must have his/her own compass.
  • Preparation: Please read the Search and Recovery chapter in your Adventures in Diving Manual and answer the Knowledge Review questions at the end of the chapter.
  • Search and Recovery Dives (along with the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dives) are the second Saturday of each month. Please meet at Back Beach at 10AM.

    Adventure Dive - Underwater Navigation (Required for Advanced Certification)
  • Special Equipment Requirements: Each diver must have his/her own compass.
  • Preparation: Please read the Underwater Navigation chapter in your Adventures in Diving Manual and answer the Knowledge Review questions at the end of the chapter.
  • Underwater Navigation Dives (along with the Search and Recovery Adventure Dives) are the second Saturday of each month. Please meet at Back Beach at 10AM.

    Adventure Dive - Wreck (by boat)
  • Special Equipment Requirements:  To maximize bottom time each diver must have his/her own Dive Computer.
